Returns / Exchanges Policy
Here at Smark Tees we hope you don't feel the need to return your product but just in case you do - here's the deal.
1. 28 Days
That's how long you have to return an order after receipt of the product. After this point, all sales are final.
All items need to be returned to us unworn and unwashed in the original garment packaging and ALWAYS with all tags still attached. Failure to do will mean we cannot refund you for your item. If we receive the item back and it has clearly been damaged in transit, we will evaluate the item and if it hasn't been packaged suitably we reserve the right to deny a refund.
3. Returns Due To A Quality Issue
If you receive a product you're not happy with, please let us know by contacting us directly with the details of your order along with a photo of the defective product. This will speed up the process of getting your item returned and a new one shipped out.
4. Exchanges and Unwanted Items
If you want to exchange or return an unwanted item the first thing to do is contact us directly with either your requested size change or details of why you want to return the item.
No matter where we live, we have the same policy for returns. You return the item to us and at your own cost and we'll either
- Exchange - Get you a new one sent out with no additional delivery charge.
- Returns - We will offer a full refund including your initial delivery charge.
No refunds will be processed until we've received the return.
5. If We Don't Receive Your Return?
If we do not receive your return we will not be able to offer a refund. It is advisable to send your return via a tracked service.
